Equi-nox.

Pause
Balance.
Today is the mid point of the sun's rising and setting
dance across the horizon.
We watch from the vantage point of our soul's land.
From our rootedness
on Earth.
Day equals night.
Night equals day.
The eternal waxing
and
waning of light and dark.
Today feel the pause
on the balance beam.
Today the weight of darkness
and light
the same.
And from this pause and balance
I dive into the dark
again with excite and
anticipation
