Water Song

I love this beautiful song and sing it each morning when I rise to meet the day...it is the Nibi Wabo Water Song.  I hope you can make your way to You Tube and read the history behind the creating of it, or to Mother Earth Water Walk site.

In the words of Grandmother Josephine Mandamin of Mother Earth Water Walk "The water is sick, and people need to really fight for that water, to speak for that water, to love that water."  Grandmother Josephine is very wise!  And as our country is experiencing drought across much of the nation at present, it is ever more pressing that we do our part to speak to the waters where we live and commune.
